Ashurst Indigenous Law Scholarship
The Ashurst Indigenous Law Scholarship is dedicated to encouraging and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students studying Law at Curtin University. The Scholarship provides financial assistance, helps ease barriers to education and nurtures the next generation of legal professionals. It is designed to create lasting, positive impact for students, their families and their communities.
You would be awarded a stipend totaling $10,000, as two equal cash payments and a guaranteed paid internship with Ashurst.

To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:
- be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent;
- be enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Laws at Curtin University;
- have a current course weighted average of at least 50 and;
- not be in receipt of any other scholarships that are from the same funding source and/or for the same purpose.
You need to submit an application form for ‘Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarship Program.' Once submitted, you will then be considered for all scholarships that you are eligible for in this round.
