This Scholarship was established by a donation from Aurecon under the Create Change Scholarship Match Initiative.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:

  • be able to demonstrate financial need;
  • be an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and;
  • be enrolled full-time in any coursework program at the University of Queensland.
How to Apply

You only need to submit one application to be considered for all scholarships in the Aspire Scholarship scheme, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Scholarship scheme and the UQ Residential Scholarship scheme. 

 

You may need to upload supporting documentation that shows your:

  • financial circumstances (Centrelink payments, ATO statements, family income, etc.);
  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status;
  • academic achievement and;
  • community service and/or leadership achievements.
