Gulanga - Craig Dukes Scholarship for Indigenous Students in IT

Generously supported by Indigenous ICT business, Gulanga, this scholarship aims to encourage more young Indigenous people to pursue a career in information and communication technology (ICT). If you are an Indigenous student interested in studying a Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology, you are encouraged to apply for this Scholarship. 

 

This Scholarship offers up to $5,000 per year for the duration of your degree, for up to 4 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:

  • remain enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Wollongong for the duration of this Scholarship;
  • remain enrolled in a Bachelor of Information Technology or Bachelor of Computer Science (including double degrees) at any onshore campus at the University of Wollongong for the duration of the Scholarship;
  • be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, applicants must provide a completed Confirmation of Aboriginality Statutory Declaration, found here and;
  • maintain a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50.
