Webuild Indigenous Engineering Scholarship

The Scholarship was established in 2022 and is maintained by an annual gift from Webuild, a global construction company. The Scholarship supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students studying Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:

  • be able to demonstrate financial need;
  • be Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and;
  • be enrolled in any coursework program in the applicable semester. 
How to Apply

You only need to submit one application to be considered for all scholarships in the Aspire Scholarship scheme, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Scholarship scheme and the UQ Residential Scholarship scheme. 

 

You may need to upload supporting documentation that shows your:

  • financial circumstances (Centrelink payments, ATO statements, family income, etc.);
  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status;
  • academic achievement and;
  • community service and/or leadership achievements.
