This Scholarship was established by a proud First Nations scientist who is making a significant impact in environmental science and sustainability. Their vision is to support the next generation of environmental leaders who share a commitment to protecting Country and applying knowledge that uses First Nations cultures and sciences which is complimented by Western academia. By investing in students who value Indigenous methodologies and outcomes, the scholarship aims to foster innovation grounded in respect for culture, land, and community.
