Accenture Indigenous Australian Undergraduate Scholarship

This Scholarship aims to support and inspire Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander participation in STEM degrees.

 

You will receive a scholarship valued at $10,000 for one year, paid in two instalments of $5000.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this Scholarship, you must:

  • be an Indigenous Australian commencing student;
  • be graduating Year 12 in the year prior to starting at QUT;
  • be starting university for the first time in the applicable year;
  • have not undertaken/commenced any tertiary study, other than studies in special university programs designed for secondary school students;
  • have applied for a tertiary place through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) and received a QUT offer in your first preference;
  • demonstrate exceptionally meritorious academic achievement (assessed on ATAR);
  • have QUT as your first preference at the time of the main December and main January admissions offer rounds and;
  • be commencing a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) award course in the applicable upcoming academic year. 
How to Apply

You do not need to complete an application for this Scholarship. All eligible students who complete a QTAC application in line with QTAC key dates with a QUT course as their first preference will be considered.
