To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to: Be an Indigenous Australian or a descendant from people Indigenous to the South Pacific, including New Zealand and Australia; Be enrolled in a course at the University of Melbourne; Have met the conditions of any Indigenous Bursaries awarded to you previously (such as submission of scholarship reports). The status of Indigenous Australians must be confirmed by the Murrup Barak Melbourne Institute for Indigenous Development.

Submit an online Student Financial Assessment form by the closing date.

Eligible applicants are selected on the basis of the specific purpose of the scholarship, financial need, academic merit and other scholarships awarded to the applicant.
