ARC Centre of Excellence for Indigenous Futures Top-Up Scholarships
The Indigenous Futures Centre supports the next generation of Indigenous researchers. In addition to offering an attractive top-up scholarship and research support funds, the Centre provides its PhD candidates with training, mentoring and career opportunities.
The Centre's research program will take an expansive transdisciplinary approach to address Australia's most pressing, persistent and challenging social research issues.
The research program shifts away from deficit-based approaches and modelling, which emphasises ‘lack,’ toward accentuating Indigenous self-determination.
The research projects will align with the Centre's three interconnected research themes:
- Law and Justice
